About these terms

Rehlatak (رحلتك) sells trip reports written by artificial intelligence for a destination and travel dates. These terms apply to every account and every order on this site.

The provider of every report is Rehlatak. Prices are in Saudi riyals and include VAT.

What a report is

A report is generated by artificial intelligence from our stored destination records and from live sources, and it is guidance for planning. Each fact shows its source and the date it was last verified.

Ordering and paying

A report is issued in one language, chosen when you order. There is no copy in the other language.

Writing starts only after our payment provider confirms the payment. You can order without an account by giving your email; the account is created when the payment is confirmed.

No refund after issue, and free correction

An issued report is not refundable. It is corrected free of charge if you ask within 7 days of its issue, and the correction is made within 48 hours of your request.

If a report is not delivered, there is no automatic refund: it is generated again, automatically and then by hand, until it is complete. The only refund is a manual one made by us, for a duplicate charge or by our written decision.

Credits

One credit pays for one city report. Credits are valid for 12 months from when they are added, and the credits closest to expiry are used first.

Credits are not cash. They cannot be exchanged for money or moved to another account, and they are lost when the account is deleted.

Add-ons

Each individual report comes with the add-on limits in force when you pay: one update before your trip and ten questions. These limits are final, and more cannot be bought.

The WhatsApp trip companion is a paid add-on sent every morning of the trip to a verified number, with your consent. Sending «إيقاف» stops it at once. Stopping it does not refund it, and you can resume the remaining days with a new consent.

Travel agencies

Agency subscriptions are monthly. The agency agrees to renewal with its saved card when it subscribes. Every renewal is paid by the agency with its saved card and its bank’s 3-D Secure check, from a link sent three days before the cycle ends; a payment before the end starts the new cycle at the end of the current one.

A renewal not completed when the cycle ends returns the agency to the trial plan at once. A new link is sent on the first and third day after the renewal date, and a successful payment then restores the paid plan with a new cycle starting from its confirmation.

An agency can cancel at any time; the subscription continues to the end of its cycle, with no partial refund.

Data about an agency’s clients belongs to the agency. It is not used to market Rehlatak, it is never shown to another agency, and it is deleted at the agency’s request.
